Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your content

Only upload images and enter descriptions you own or are allowed to use. You keep your rights to what you provide. You give Fayvoro permission to store, process, and send that content to image generation providers only as needed to deliver the service.

Generated images may be imperfect. Review product shape, colors, labels, people, and other important details before publishing or using them commercially.

Credits and purchases

Standard 1K image generation uses one credit; High resolution 2K uses two. The exact cost is shown before you submit. Credits are reserved while a generation runs and consumed when it completes. If generation fails without a usable result, its reserved credits are restored.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month, and annual subscriptions renew each year, unless you cancel future renewal in your account. Annual plans are billed upfront. Subscription credits are issued each subscriber month during a paid term, measured from your subscription start date to the next corresponding date (for example, September 29 to October 29). Unused subscription credits expire at that period end and do not roll over.

One-time credit packs do not renew. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Credits are issued after payment is confirmed. Please see our Refund Policy for refund requests.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fayvoro for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content. Our Content Policy gives more detail. We may suspend access or remove content when necessary to protect the service or meet legal and provider requirements.

Service availability

Generative services can be delayed or unavailable, and results will vary. We may improve or change features and pricing over time. If a material change affects a purchase you already made, we will handle it according to applicable law.
