Unused credits
If you believe a credit purchase was made in error, contact support as soon as possible with your account email and order ID. Requests concerning unused credits are reviewed under applicable law and the checkout provider’s rules. We will explain the available options before processing a request.
Subscription renewal
You can stop future renewal from your Account page. Your paid plan remains available until the end of its current billing term, subject to any refund or payment reversal. If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact support with your account email and transaction details.
Completed images
A credit used for a completed image is generally not refundable. Generated output can vary, so please inspect your image before publishing. If the service failed to deliver the image, contact support with the job ID.
Failed generations
A failed generation should return its reserved credits automatically. If your balance does not look right after a failure, contact support and include the job ID.
Local rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that apply under the laws of your location.
