Upload or describe only products, people, brands, and other material you own or have permission to use. Do not ask the service to copy a protected work or misrepresent the origin of a product.
Respect real people
Do not generate misleading depictions of real people, impersonate someone, or use a person’s likeness without appropriate consent. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
No harmful or illegal material
Do not use the service for illegal goods or activity, fraud, hateful abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, or instructions to cause harm. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards or abuse the generation system.
Review before publishing
AI can produce inaccurate packaging, text, labels, or product details. You are responsible for checking that a generated image truthfully represents what you sell and complies with the rules of any marketplace or ad platform where you publish it.
Enforcement
We may block a request, remove content, or restrict an account when a request appears to violate this policy, provider requirements, or applicable law. If you believe we made a mistake, see the support status below.
